Currently, Mhleli leads eCommerce Shelf & Media Content for the Middle East & Africa at Haleon. His tenure at Haleon has been marked by a dedication to fostering integrated ways of working between the commercial excellence teams and the brand teams, resulting in eCommerce guidance that has been adopted in seven countries.

Prior to Haleon, Mhleli held several key positions at Unilever, from brand management to lead content excellence for Digital Hub South Africa. He utilized consumer-centric approaches and data-driven insights to optimize creativity and consumer journstrategies across three pillars: precision marketing, one-to-one marketing, and performance/conversion marketing.

Mhleli’s career also includes significant roles at MATelec (PTY) LTD, Hirt & Carter SA, Mr Price Group, and The Ad Factory. He holds a BA in Communication Science, a Diploma in Journalism, and Executive Digital Marketing Certificates.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mhleli nurtures his creative side by writing poetry, indulging in music, and spending quality time with his loved ones.
